My computer is not turning on. This is just showing out of range. When I change the monitor it turns on. But I don't want to change the monitor. How do I change the display settings because my computer is not starting?

Even i cant go in safe mode .

No worries! "Out of range" means that the video signal being sent from your graphics card can't be displayed on your monitor. Usually, the resolution is wrong. This should be an easy fix: Go to Start menu > Settings app > System > Display > Display resolution and switch to the "Recommended" resolution.
