Hello, how are you?
My name is Paloma B., I am very happy to be able to try to help you in the best possible way.
Share a screenshot of your current Windows Disk Manager please.
Actually the HDD and its partitions will not influence to install Windows on the new SSD.
In the Windows installation process, you will only need to create a partition on the new disk and select it as the destination to receive the new installation.
What I advise, to avoid generating doubts in this process, is to turn off the HDD to install the new disk, that way there is no risk of deleting a partition on the HDD by mistake.
After installing Windows on the new SSD, just reconnect the HDD and configure the BIOS, so that the boot is now done by the SSD, so the HDD will be a secondary disk.
Once this is done, delete the HDD boot partition through the Manager.
To perform the installation process on the new disk, follow the threads below.
For this, you will first need to create a Windows installation USB, just follow the topic below. If necessary, you can create the USB on another computer.

After completing the creation of the USB, follow this thread, it is very detailed and will assist you in the clean installation of Windows.
***If you have any questions on how to start the USB installation, you can refer to this guide please.
