Unable to find VirtualBox (LDPlayer) in programs. Windows Upgrade can't continue

Need assistance

Trying to upgrade Windows 10 build 1909 to the current update. Tried CCleaner and problem still remains

    Good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

    Please try this if it helps.

    1. Open File Explorer then select "This PC"

    Open Local Disk (C:) > Program Files

    Find "dnplayerext2" folder then delete it

    Restart your computer then try to update again

    1. Open File Explorer then select "This PC"

    Open Local Disk (C:)

    On the search box, type vbox

    Is there anything found? If so, delete the files found

    Do what??? Don’t understand any of that. Not how to do any of that. I’m just going to trash the computer and buy another one. Too much complicated things to be honest for me

    None of those are in my list to delete. No players of any sort, no oracle, no virtual box, no LDplayer …. Nothing… this is driving me insane haven’t been able to update my laptop in 2 years…. Still trying to figure it out
