That one shows Upcoming Features (most of which you wouldn't want, anyway). But the icon you show might have something to with sound--perhaps that you can use Read Aloud with those apps?
Another user has asked a similar question at https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1715237-what-is-this-speaker-image-on-my-desktop-icons One suggestion was that Windows thinks those are audio files, but I can't find any indication that Windows uses that image for them. There's a similar query at https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/3gpugy/help_speaker_icon_shows_over_other_icons_on/
Since this seems likely to be a Windows problem, however (not limited to Office), you might get better advice in one of the Windows forums.

2022-10-07T23:36:11+00:00 Hi Mary,
Thank you for reaching out today. I’m Bambi and I’ll be happy to assist you today.
It appears this icon is on all your apps. This also looks like an android device.
Can you confirm the device and the apps affected by this?
I look forward to your response.
Best Regards, Bambi
