what does this mean... the megaphone... on top on my icon?

Okay, not the megaphone icon that's on the title bar:

That one shows Upcoming Features (most of which you wouldn't want, anyway). But the icon you show might have something to with sound--perhaps that you can use Read Aloud with those apps?

Another user has asked a similar question at https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/1715237-what-is-this-speaker-image-on-my-desktop-icons One suggestion was that Windows thinks those are audio files, but I can't find any indication that Windows uses that image for them. There's a similar query at https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/3gpugy/help_speaker_icon_shows_over_other_icons_on/ 

Since this seems likely to be a Windows problem, however (not limited to Office), you might get better advice in one of the Windows forums.

And quickbooks hmm.. weird

It is my desktop...and it isnt on all. Just the programs with 365 and google chrome.
