I'm still having the same issue as well. Even after updates. Ive been using WIFI instead, which has been perfect.
Computer can't load certain websites (Youtube, Netflix, Gmail, Amazon etc)
When I try to play a video on youtube or netflix, the video will play for like 5 seconds and then it stops playing and continously buffers. It also does not load gmail and amazon either. I know the issue is not internet speed/connection (also connected via ethernet) because playing games on the same computer has not been affected and I can watch youtube videos fine on my phone. I'm currently using Chrome but this problem occurs on Microsoft edge and Firefox.
I've already tried Updating display adapters, reinstalling display adapters, restarting computer, deleting cookies on chrome, Updating chrome, and reinstalling chrome.
Anyone got any solutions for this? Thank you
My computer specs are
CPU: i7 10700k
GPU: NVidia GeForce RTX 3070
Motherboard: Asus Prime Z490-A
RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengences
Storage: Samsung SSD 970 EVO 1TB
Internet Speed: 1000 up/down

2022-11-01T20:30:30+00:00 Were you able to get this fixed. I believe mine started around the same time as yours. It’s very annoying.

2022-09-27T15:50:06+00:00 Hello WillLP, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;
I understand that you are having problems playing videos and loading websites on Windows 10;
Initially I recommend that you check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 10;
Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;
Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;
Update Microsoft Store apps;
Open the store and click on Library;
Click on Get updates and wait for all apps to be updated;
Do a clean install of the NVIDIA drivers (Check that you have already reinstalled the video drivers, but a clean install of the drivers may resolve this);
Download and run the latest driver package for your video card:https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.a...
Follow the onscreen instructions until you get the Installation Options window;
Select the Custom (Advanced) box and press Next;
On the next screen, you will be able to choose the components to install (all should be checked by default and if you're not sure, leave them that way);
In the Select driver component table, check the Perform a clean installation box and click Next;
Before restarting, run a disk cleanup;
Press Windows key + R and type: cleanmgr press Enter;
Click on clean system files and wait for the files to load;
Select all files and click ok to delete them;
Perform a clean boot;
Press together the keys: Ctrl + Shift + Esc to access the task manager;
Click on start and disable all programs that start with Windows;
Restart the PC and check if the problem is fixed;
Hope this helps, see you soon!
