    Hello Ajha_289,

You may use the ASUS AI Suite 3 Cleaner utility to successfully remove AI suite and its services. I have noticed that uninstalling the program only, will leave its services/drivers active.

ASUS AI Suite 3 Cleaner Download; https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/14Utilities/UninstallAI3Tool_1.00.04.zip

In case you do not trust the direct download link above. here is the product page of my motherboard, where the utility can be found on ASUS ROG website, as well. Located under the Utilities category; https://rog.asus.com/us/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z390-e-gaming-model/helpdesk_download/

    Hi Ajha.

I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

This message is being caused due to some issue with Asus AI Suite 3 software.

Go to the support area of the Asus website, search for your computer/motherboard, and download the latest AI Suite 3 version.

Then, uninstall the AI Suite 3 in "Settings > Apps > Apps & features", restart your PC, and install it again using the installer you downloaded from the Asus website.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions.

Sorry for the delay in reply.

Try uninstalling AI Suite 3 using Revo Uninstaller Free.
