My acer monitor is stuck on "Input Not Supported"

My tower is an AMD. I was loading up a CODMW2022 and it informed me my driver might be outdated and referred me to a page where I could download updated ones. So I did so. The download goes fine, it asks me to restart, I did so and it begins doing all of its updating. After so, it goes to the "input not supported" screen for a little too long so I search for solutions. The main one I found way to open your computer in safe mode. I found a lot of users had the same problem I did. They couldn't. I did the "shut it off three times and open it" method. I also did the "spam f8 right after you turn your computer on" method and still nothing worked. If you can help please do.

When you power on the computer are you able to see the Bios POST(Power-On Self-Test), manufacturer logo, and Windows logo? or do you only see a black screen and then Input Not Supported?

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

I know how frustrating this may be for you but I'll do my very best to help you.

If you are not able to see even the Bios POST(Power-On Self-Test) screen you will need to perform a cold reset and then try to boot on safe mode.

    Step 1:

    1-Power off your computer

    2-Unplug all cables

3-Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds

    4-Reconnect the cables

5-This procedure will drain all static power on the motherboard

    Step 2:

1-Power on your computer while holding the SHIFT button

2-The Advanced Startup menu will open on the boot.

    3-Go to Troubleshoot.

4-Now, go to Advanced Options > Startup Settings.

    5-Click the Restart button.

6-A window with various startup options will show up.

7-Press 5 or F5 on your keyboard to choose Enable Safe Mode with Networking.

8-Wait for your computer to boot

    Step 3:

1-Once you are logged on the safe boot

2-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

3-Click to expand the Display adapters

4-Right-click on your graphic driver and select Uninstall. If available select the option " Delete this driver" and then click to uninstall

    5-Reboot your PC

6-Then you should be able to boot on Windows using the generic display driver

7-Once you connect to the internet the Windows Update will install the correct driver for your computer.

I've had no luck. I held the shift button as I powered on my tower then I turned on my monitor still holding down the shift button and it just brought back up the input not supported.

Found the issue, had to use a bigger monitor so I could tweak the settings for a smaller one.
