Thanks. Uninstalling 'Dell Peripheral Manager application' should resolve the issue.
How to disable the Num Lock Pop-up On-screen Notification v2.0
I have scoured these forums and the net for the answer to this question and have done everything that was suggested:
General Settings (Gear) --> Ease of Access:
Control Panel, Ease of Access (which seems to be the same as the above, but whatever):
Advanced Display Properties (Which does not even have the "Screen Configuration Tab" which multiple guides say):
I've also tried the 'turn off all unnecessary animations' (though I am doing things in 'windowed' mode half the time so this still wouldn't help, based on what I've read):
And have since restarted my PC several times. I am using Windows 10 latest update.
I am not looking to disable the key (which I can do via the Logitech keyboard options menu), but rather just disable the annoying screen notification. One would think there would be a simple binary option somewhere in the base computer settings which does not require you to go thru several different menus just to enact this.
Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

2022-12-08T15:31:33+00:00 Thanks. It is possible that Alienware command center might be doing this. Is it possible to look for Settings inside it?
Also suggest to ask Dell as they know better about their hardware.

2022-12-08T12:18:40+00:00 Hey, thank you again for the response.
I could not find 'Dell Peripheral Manager' nor 'Dell Peripheral' on Add or Remove Programs list, nor on a search of 'This PC'.
Searching 'Dell' turned up one folder under "C:\Program Data" which had two sub-folders: drivers and UpdatePackage. Both were bare-bones and did not have anything resembling 'peripheral manager'.
It is probably worth mentioning I had to reformat my hard drive several years ago, so it was probably already removed at that time. The only item I re-downloaded that could be considered from the original PC is 'Alienware Command Center' to control lighting and heat management.
