Razer Kraken Headset Not Recognized In Windows 10

My new headset it not recognized at all does not pop up in windows nothing I have installed over two apps which none have made no difference just more razer bloatware I was looking through device manager and found something called Unknown device which I believe is the headset I have used the normal cable and cable splitter the headset has come with which the headset is still not working I assumed it was a driver problem which im pretty sure it is but I cannot find any drivers online besides more stupid Razer apps which im not gonna install please somebody help me before I bash my head open.

    Hello, I'm Greg, here to help you with this.

    1. Expedite all WIndows Updates from Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for Updates . Install all including Optional, watch for prompt for Restart, then go back to check again until no more are offered.
    2. Update the Sound controller driver from the PC or motherboard maker's Support Downloads webpage for your exact model. While there compare to make sure you also have the latest BIOS, Chipset, Display, Network and all other drivers.

    If no newer then uninstall the Sound controller driver in Device Manager, restart PC to reinstall it.

    Next go into Device Manager, right click Sound controller driver to Upgrade driver, then Automatically.

    If nothing newer found in Windows Update then try again but this time choose Upgrade Driver > Browse > Let Me Pick to try all previous drivers queued there.

    Then do the last three steps for headset and microphone drivers.
