Microsoft Surface 3 BIOS update

Been scratching my head at this for days. Dug out this SURFACE 3 convertible/tablet pc.

I have very little info on this, only 2 gigs of ram. This is NOT a Microsoft Surface 3 Pro, to the best of my knowledge. As i said, i know very little info about this pc. In need of having it work for business. I went ahead and installed Windows 10 and updated it as far as i could with windows updater.

As i trek into the BIOS, i cant seem to update it. Is this BIOS update-able? Claims that it is American Megatrends Inc. 1.51116.238, 3/9/2015.

It is now 2022, i feel as if a new bios should have been released since then. I have seen many computers in my time that were created before 2012 that have had bios updates in 2018 such as a dell precision t7500. I am aware these are two different computers, just making an example/analogy. I am aware this is an obselete object, but this is a learning experience for me and i....I have to know. 58.2 gigs of hard drive(64 total i believe) and 2 gigs of ram. x64 based pc, Intel Atom x7-z8700 CPU@1.60 GHZ.

Is this the most recent bios? if not how may i update it? anyone have a file or a link? any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Baseboard is from Microsoft corporation.
