What do you mean by "used"? One that you are currently using or one that you no longer use?
If you are currently using it, no you can not.
If it's one that you no longer use, you can if it's a retail copy of Windows, but you can not if it's an OEM copy.
It is possible to you to give the activation code to a friend from a computer you are no longer using.
Please sign on your Microsoft account.
Then click on the little person at the top right of the screen.
Then click on View Details of the computer with the License you would like to share.
Then click on the Remove this Device.
Now the activation code can be used again.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cindy
