    Hi Smail Liams,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The only way to set a shortcut to open a specific file in Windows is to create a Desktop icon for that file, then right click that Desktop icon and select Properties, and on the resulting dialog, you can set a shortcut in the 'Shortcut Key' box.

    Txt file created with what?

You would usually locate that doc > Rt click > Pin to or create shortcut

A Keybd shortcut would depend on your system/Keybd and its options
