Quick Access in Windows Explorer query

Hi guys,

Hopefully an easy one, although I couldn't find the answer online anywhere at all...

I have added a few folders to my Quick Access, but go to attach an email or upload a document, as soon as the Window opens to locate the document, the bar on the left is scrolled all the way down to the bottom near This PC etc, and i'm required to scroll up 3-4 times to get to the top to see the folders in Quick Access.

Is there a way so that when you go to upload a document, Windows explorer or whatever pops up to locate the file, starts at the top near Quick Access, and not near the bottom?
