I think I might know what the problem is.
When I pulled up this model's driver support on HP: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservic... I realized HP doesn't have a Windows 11 specific driver for this model. Looks like driver support for this model was only up to Windows 10. With Windows 11, HP just gives you the universal driver instead. It is like a generic version. Ideal for those computers that work with several different models of printers. You can definitely download and install the 64 bit universal driver and see if it works, if not, it is simply no longer supported from the generic version of driver. In this case, it is an incompatible issue.
