Facing problem while using Oppo Enco Buds

I have Oppo Enco Buds, it works perfectly fine on phone but on my P.C., it creates problem. If I pause the media and resume it after 10-20 seconds then the media buffers for the 5-10 seconds and then the Buds stop giving sound and after 30-40 seconds, it starts giving sound. Please help as I am a student, and it creates a problem for me while studying.

    Hello, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. Most likely the Bluetooth drivers or other issues are causing the problem. Please try one of the methods below to fix the Bluetooth audio issue.

    1. Press Start

    then search for "Devices"

    select "Bluetooth and other device settings"

    select your Bluetooth Oppo Enco Buds from the list

    Click Remove device Click

    Yes.

    1. Open Device Manager

    Click

    "View" Tick "Show hidden devices"

    Expand Bluetooth

    Then right-click on your Bluetooth device

    Then uninstall all the drivers related to your Bluetooth Oppo Enco Buds

    Restart your computer.

    Then try to pair again your Bluetooth device.

    1. Open Control Panel

    Click View by: Large Icons

    Select Devices and printers right click on your Bluetooth Oppo Enco Buds from the

    list of devices, then select properties, and click the service tab. then check all properties under Bluetooth services. Click apply and then OK.

    1. Check if you have any restore points available and try to perform a system restore.

    1. Ensure that the Computer or Laptop has the latest Bluetooth drivers. Download the latest drivers from the Computer/Laptop Manufacturer's support website. Install the driver and restart your computer.
    2. Try to perform a clean. There might be other applications causing the delay or problem on your Bluetooth device.
