missing AMD high definition audio device and Realtek (R) Audio from Sounds, video and game controllers.

Hi, I have been having an issue where I have no sound and there's nothing in Device manager. I've tried to install drivers but that hasn't worked, I tried to reset the PC but that didn't work. When I install drivers it gives me the error code of 0x000003F1 on most of them. It also shows that I have no audio devices connected for output or input. I'm using Windows 11 21H2 on an HP All-in-One 22-df0xxx.

    Hi Sarita,

Did you download the AMD graphics card device drivers and the Realtek drivers and re-install them from the installers you downloaded?

    Hi Sarita,

If that driver also did not work for you, it would be best to contact the PC manufacturer support, there seems to be something deeper wrong that is causing your hardware not to detect the Audio chipset on your device.

    Hi Sarita,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Where are you installing the audio drivers from, is that from the support page for your PC on the HP website?

    2

There are a few versions of that PC AIO Model, click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System information window.
