Intel High Definition DSP - No Audio Device installed after updating to latest Windows 11

Hello guys.

I need urgent help. I recently updated my windows 11 pro and since then, I have been getting the error Intel High Definition DSP - No Audio Device installed.

This happened today 14th, November, 2022

Kindly assist me.

    no matter the number of audio drive i download my sound is crossed red

    and also the playback is empty and at the sound setting input an output devices are empty

    Im having the same issue with a razor rz09, nothing listed under sound, video, and game controllers

    This worked for me with a slight variation - I installed "Intel Smart Sound Technology OED", which didn't report that it couldn't start, then everything started working, audio included.

    The only solution that worked for me was:

    1. In the folder where the driver was extracted, select the "IntelHDASST" folder.
    2. After this the audio started working although the device "Intel Smart Sound Technology" was added with a warning that it cannot start the device.

    I think this is the support page for your laptop, it is hard to trace that Model No.

    Download and install the Realtek drivers from the Audio section.
