There's no Manila, Philippines in the list. Because of this, the time zone I use at work is "China"! This just results to confusion on our end. Please add "Manila, Philippines". It won't hurt.

    Hi Weiner,

I'm Christine, an independent advisor and a Windows user like you. I'll be more than happy to assist you today!

Seems you cannot see the Philippines under TimeZone Settings. No worries, I feel you, got the same issue before. But I figured out that I just need to set it to UTC+08:00 Kuala Lumpur, Singapore.

They have the same time just like to Philippines. And that should do the trick!

I know that it would be easier if Philippines is in the option, I agree with you.
