Ethernet not connecting (DNS not responding)

So I've been spending all morning trying to work on this DNS server not responding. I've flushed the DNS and other walkthroughs i've watched. Now I'm wating for the ipconfig /registerDNS to complete. It's been 20 minutes and hasn't said successful nor are there any errors in Event Viewer. Any and all advice will be appreciated thank you.

Do you use Microsoft or third party firewall/antivirus? Disable any proxy servers in use and then try again.

Open CMD or PowerShell, copy and paste the following command: ipconfig /all copy everything and post the result.

Is the PC connected directly to the LAN port of the router or through the ethernet wall socket or something else?

If you haven't already, try switching your network cable.

    Hi,

turn off the router, also unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet, disconnect the network cable from both ends.

Turn the router back on after a few minutes, reconnect the network cable and try again.
