Hi Michal,
Sorry, I was offline, have you now been able to install another Nvidia driver, and if so is that now stable?

Hi,
I'm facing this problem right from the beginning. New equipment - only few applications installed (Office, Epic Games).
I've always faced the error while watching youtube, either freez or restart.
What I've tried:
General info:
Event log:
Details:
Minidump:
Also:
C:\Windows\System32>powercfg -restoredefaultschemes
C:\Windows\System32>sfc /scannow
Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.
Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
I look forward to any suggestions.

Hi Dave,
Thank you for the advise.
I've used DDU to remove all the drivers in SAFE Mode and installed the version from ASUS site. Didn't help.
I do not have minidumps for the last crashes though.
I also thought to go to the higher version of drivers via GeForce experience but got an error while trying to install.
Also after DDU I can see this in device manager:
"Device ACPI\NVDA0820\NPCF requires further installation."
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)
Device ACPI\NVDA0820\NPCF had a problem starting.
Driver Name: oem231.inf

Any ideas?

Hi Michal,
Your minidump files all indicate that it is the device driver on your Nvidia graphics card that is causing the system to crash
You should completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the Nvidia device driver.
A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

Hi Michal,
I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Please upload any minidump files you have, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.
Open Windows File Explorer.
Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.
Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.
Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
