I understand you're getting an isdone.dll error when installing a game on a new Windows 11 Dell:

- There may be enabling Net Framework or Visual C++ needing install first. Expedite install of all Windows Updates in Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates and (very important) Advanced Update Settings > Optional Updates, watching for needed restarts, then go back to check again until no more are offered.
- Run System File Checker/DISM in WIndows 11 to find and fix any broken System files:
