Why Microsoft Store not installing Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on my Windows 10 PC?

Hello community, I'm trying to install Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on my Windows 10 Enterprise PC, but so far it's not working. It starts installing and then stops abruptly. I'm a developer and I need to use Bash since I'm more comfortable and understand it better than the inbuilt Powershell.

What I have done:

I've turned on Developer mode and the required packages have been installed as well. I have also enables WSL in my settings and restarted my PC following the prompt. However, Ubuntu is failing to install.

My Windows build is (2019) 180**** (I'll update better when I power my PC).

I have also downloaded and Installed all pending updates on Windows 10 including Microsoft Store.

Please what can I do to get the installation process working perfectly? Thanks.

Hi Peter,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

You have a corporate Windows 10 edition, it is unavailable for home users. It is more effective to ask such questions at Q&A forum https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/index....

It is oriented to admins and corporate users, and this forum - to home users so local experts may have no corresponding knowledge, sorry.
