Can´t see many photos in favorites folder

Hello, I have a problem that even if I mark many photos in a folder with a heart to add them to favorites, I can't see them in the photos in the favorites folder. I have tried fixing and resetting the photos app and nothing has helped.
For example, I can't see this photo in favorites folder at all even though it is marked with a heart and this problem affects most of them.

    Hello Petr Pechar,

    Welcome to Microsoft community,

    For adding the picture to the “favorite”, after my test,

    OPEN THE PICTURE app -CLICK “FOLDER” ON THE LEFT

    -RIGHT CLICK, then “ADD THE FOLDER”

    -ADD THE FOLDER THAT WITH THE PICTURE

    Exp. Assume that the picture in the address C:\**photo\2022, you need to add address C:\**photo\2022\ OR C:\***photo.

    Restarting the Photos app you will have been added it will show that the photos you've tagged as "❤" are in your ‘favorites’.
