    Hi Harries,

Only correct driver for the BT module should help. If you can please install correct version of the driver from acer. before that uninstall the current generic driver installed from Microsoft update with delete driver check box selected. uninstall any BT device trace with show hidden device option turned on there.

After uninstalling all the drivers do not restart the PC yet and install drivers from the acer or BT/wireless combo card manufacturer support. It may be intel AX 201 driver. So, either of the drivers from acer or intel should work.

OK, in that case please uninstall Intel Bluetooth driver from apps & sign features searching from start, but do not restart the before installing the old driver. Old is gold sometimes in case of PC!

Thanks for the support! I've uninstalled everything under Bluetooth, and when installing the driver it says this prompt.

Welcome Harries, let me explain the process.

https://www.acer.com/us-en/support?search=NH.QB... download the BT driver from here. Or if you know the exact link for your model with acer.

Right click on start button>open device manager>look for Bluetooth adapter (icon)>click on the '>' sign next to it to expand it>now right click on each device under Bluetooth & click on uninstall, your adapter should be "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)"

While uninstalling it will give you a check box to select delete driver, tick it and proceed.

After uninstalling the driver, the PC may ask for a restart, do not restart yet. Now run the driver file you downloaded from Acer & complete installation following on screen instructions. After installation finishes restart the PC.

Please read my instruction a few times to get a complete picture of the steps you need to perform. You will be successful.

Thanks for the reply! But I can't seem to figure out how to do what you exactly mean.
