Some programs not showing in programs and features

Hi somedays ago i turned off my laptop and next day when i turned it on and i wanted to uninstall Adobe Photoshop but it was not listed in the programs and features. and there are some other programs that are not showing in the list.
And yeah after that day my Laptop isn't opening .bat file. when double click on the .bat file nothing happens and when i right click on the file no open option available.
Can someone help me please?

    When you say the software is not appearing in Programs and Features, is that in the old Control Panel?

    If it is, open the Settings app, then go to Apps, is that software listed there, if you are using a modern version app version of Photoshop, they only appear in there, not in the old Control Panel.

    For the .bat file problem, the file associations on Batch files may be broken in Windows, download this registry file:

    https://www.tenforums.com/attachments/tutorials...

    Right click that reg file and select 'Merge', then confirm the merge.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC to apply that change, that will reset the Batch file associations.

    And can you please help here.
    MSI Afterburner not detecting Graphic Drivers Intel or AMD.
    IT worked perfectly somedays ago but now when open it, it says There are no devices available.
    If you cant help with this one then its okay.
