Okay, the problem seems to be my USB C port? I tried plugging in my adapter to a different port and now I can set the monitor to 1920x1200. So it seems to be an issue with the port I'm using, how would I fix the original port so that it works correcty?
Can't set monitor to it's optimal 1920x1200
I've had my HP Monitor set to 1920x1200 for a quite a while now. It shouldn't be a Windows 11 problem, as I've had that installed for over a month. But all of a sudden my monitor is set to 1920x1080 and I can't change it to 1920x1200.
Any fix for this?

2022-12-08T15:53:49+00:00 That sounds like it should work. I'll try that if the issue comes up again.
But after plugging it into a different port, I then tried all the other ports available, even the original, and it seems to be working now.
Thank you!

2022-12-05T03:56:37+00:00 Hi, Andrew,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
This could be a problem with the version of the graphic driver, downloading and installing the latest version of the driver from your graphic card manufacturer's website should fix this problem.

2022-12-06T17:44:20+00:00 I just tried and it didn't work due to "Bad Parameters"
I didn't know I was able to do that though, that was a great suggestion.
Is it possible that it's related to the input? I'm using a USB C - HDMI adapter on my laptop. But it was doing 1920x1200 previously with that setup.

2022-12-05T14:38:40+00:00 Appreciate the suggestion. I downloaded the updated driver for NVIDIA and already had the Intel driver up to date, restarted my computer, but still no luck.
What else can I try?
