error code 2503 and 2502

i tried to install 2 application and its giving me error 2503 and error 2502.i tried to use the temp folder and did not work.

    Also, please run these commands from a Command Prompt window and post the output:

    • ver
    • icacls %temp%
    • icacls c:\windows\temp
    • icacls C:\windows\installer
    • whoami
