Really wanting to know what this service is and what it does. Can not seem to find any answers to this on the web anywhere. Can you please offer some help?

Does the presence of this service have any effect on your system usage?
I've checked the service on my computer and it's showing the same thing. An undescribable error means that the service has no description. This is normal, please do not worry.
