Here is screen shot of error msg. I did sign in and am administrator. Don't know what else to do.
Itunes won't recognize ipod classic. Have PC with win10. Get error msg saying software for this ipod not installed correctly. Tried all suggestions.
Have PC with Win10. Itunes won't recognize ipod classic now. Has worked for years. Now I get msg that the software required for this ipod is not installed correctly. Repair ipod support using the apps and features page of windows settings app. Have tried all recommendations and it still isn't recognized. When I plug in ipod using USB, it says to eject before disconnecting.....I have updated all software and restarted ipod. Still nothing. Thanks.

2022-12-29T23:54:05+00:00 Thanks again. I did back up itunes and deleted iTunes and other associated programs and tried to download itunes 9.2 inchesit 3/4 installing, got error mag that I didnt have permission to install what is next step?
