I have one drive with no partitions. On this drive I have important data.
Is it possible to divide the drive into 2 partitions after windows was already installed?
My plan was to make two partitions put my important data on one partition and then format the second partition the one that have windows system on it without affecting the data on the second partition. Is this even possible?

    Hello Error27,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Yes you can divide the drive into two partitions by shrinking the current partition then creating a new partition with the now available empty space.
