    Hi anita.franecki22-

I'm Kevin B., I do apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

Does the command prompt pops-up after windows starts? What does it says?

Kindly take a screenshot and post it on your next response

If the command prompt appears every time the computer computer starts, kindly follow the steps below and check if the same issue appears

    Press windows key + R

    Type shell:startup and press enter

Startup folder will pop-up on your windows, check the content of the folder

If you see any command prompt shortcut, kindly remove it

    Close the startup folder

Once done, kindly perform clean boot on your windows computer to disable any non-Microsoft services running on the background of your windows computer. This is to ensure that they are not causing the issue on your windows computer.
