Please direct me to the process and tool to download Windows10 to a PC that currently has Window7.

I have purchased Windows10 and have the 25-digit product number.

    The tool has a prerequisite. Enable the TLS 1.2 protocol.

    Update to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 as default secure protocols in WinHTTP in Windows

    Install KB3140245, run EasyFix 51044.
