    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    I suggest doing the following:

    Reset the network settings:

    1. Press "Windows + I" and select "Network & Internet > Advanced network settings";
    2. Select "Network Reset";
    3. Select "Reset Now", and at the confirmation screen, select "Yes";

    Note: The PC will need to be restarted.

    1. Now open Start and type cmd;
    2. Right-click on "Command Prompt" in the result list and select "Run as administrator";
    3. At the Command Prompt, type the following commands one at a time and press Enter:

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh winsock reset

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    ipconfig /flushdns

    1. Restart your PC and see if the issue is resolved.

    If it persists, reinstall the Wi-Fi driver.

    Before starting the procedure, go to the support area of your computer manufacturer's website and download the latest Wi-Fi driver.

    (If you cannot find it, let me know the manufacturer and model of your computer)

    Uninstall the current driver:

    1. Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
    2. Expand "Network adapters";
    3. Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select "Uninstall device";

    (It may have more than one adapter, if you don't identify the correct one, send a screenshot "Windows + Shift + S")

    1. On the confirmation screen, check "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" and click "Ok";
    2. Restart the PC.

    Install the driver you downloaded from the manufacturer.

    Feel free to ask back any questions.

    Where are the results of the steps I gave you? This is an interactive process. I give steps to perform, you do each one and then report back results until something works, so I know what to suggest next. If you need help performing any step, just ask back. But please do not skip any steps. We often find out the skipped step is the fix.

    If the adapter is damaged and none of the other steps work then I showed you how to replace it most easily with a USB nano adapter in Step 10. You could also replace any built-in adapter if it is accessible or have a shop do it.

    Sorry. But without details of what happened when carrying out the suggested procedures, it is difficult to assertively find the cause of the problem.

    When the mentioned behavior occurs, open Device Manager and check the "Device status" in the Wi-Fi adapter properties.

    • Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select "Properties".

    If the Wi-Fi adapter is not showing, see if it is hidden by enabling "Show hidden devices" in the "View" menu of Device Manager.

    You can send a screenshot if you prefer. Use the "Windows + Shift + S" shortcut to use the screenshot tool.
