Fifa23 keeps shutting down (Windows 11)

*I'm posting here because I was directed here by EA support because none of their fixes worked. The game is horribly optimized for PC, but I'm hoping it's something on my end that's causing it to shut down.

Okay, so I spent an eternity trying to get the damn anti-cheat software to work, and it finally worked after HOURS of searching online for a solution.

When I launch the game and select player career mode, I can only play for about 5-15 minutes before the game simply quits on its own, with no error codes or freezes.

I've been trying to figure out what's going on because I know it's not my specs, but I'm stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I enjoy playing FIFA when I have nothing else to do.

Edit #1 issue clip (https://streamable.com/yng8v7)

I've already tried updating the drivers, clearing relevant caches, putting origin, fifa, and anticheat in admin mode, making changes to the NVidia control panel for smoother gameplay, and playing the game on low settings to no avail, as it just keeps shutting down mid-game.

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Hello, the configuration of your hardware device is excellent and your system is up to date, it all seems to be working perfectly fine, you can test other games to see if a similar situation occurs.

At the moment it looks like it is still an issue with this game that is causing the flashback to occur and we have no viable options to assist you with this game.

If it is convenient, please contact EA again for additional support if possible, as they should be able to investigate and fix any unintended problems with the game.

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best Regards,

Edward - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
