    Hi Raelynn,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That software most likely got installed when you were installing other software, some installers have other 3rd party apps they install, it is how they make money, it is best to go through the installer slowly to ensure there is no check box to install other software.

Are you able to uninstall Mobigames from the list in Programs and Features?

If not, the best option is to use the widely available free Revo Uninstaller to remove that from your PC, it is very good at removing even the most stubborn software that Windows cannot uninstall.

When i click uninstall it says "This app and its related info will be uninstalled"

If i continue with uninstall a pop up says

"Do you want to allow this app from an unknown publisher to make changes to your device?"

    Uninstaller.exe

    Publisher: unknown

File origin: hard drive on this computer

I don't want to accidently activate a virus by uninstalling it, Is it okay to proceed with uninstalling?

    Thank you!

Yes Raelynn, you must allow that UAC prompt from Windows in order for the Windows Installer to perform the app installer's operations in reverse.

That's how an uninstall actually works, by running the same installation processes used to install the app backwards.
