Edit Calendar Permission for External Users

Hey There

I am planning to share my calendar with external users in another Microsoft tenant but would like them to be able to edit my calendar. Does Microsoft support such functionality? would a federation between 2 tenants solve this problem?

Thank you

Franky

No, external calendar sharing is always read-only. You can only control the level of details that the external person will see.

The "Organization relationships" only supported shared calendar with follow access level, it doesn't support with "edit" permission.:

Here may be a workaround for you: Create a temp account in your tenant, give your calendar edit permission to that account. Then tell the external user about that account's password.
If there exist multiple users need to share calendar with external users, this workaround will not be suitable.
