Why am I unable to install video drivers on my computer?

Hello, I am using a Windows 10 Acer Computer with a Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 graphics card. The computer is the Acer Nitro N50-600-EB11.

I was trying to update my graphics drivers earlier, due to some programs not running with my current version, when the drivers suddenly failed to update. I tried a few more times, all with the same result, before deciding to do a clean install which would delete my old drivers and install the new one. However, the install failed again and I now have no video drivers on my pc, and I am unable to install even the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. In fact, the entire "Display Adapter" category in the "Device Manager" has disappeared. I have rebooted multiple times, downloaded and attempted to install drivers directly from the manufacturer's website, rebooted Display settings via win+ctrl+shft+B, updated and installed all latest windows updates, restored factory BIOS settings, attempted to manually install the drivers, attempted to "add legacy hardware" to the Device Manager, restored my system to a backup version, deleted all Nvidia driver information while in "Safe Mode" using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), yet nothing has worked. Please help me as I have spent several hours researching how to fix this issue and came up with nothing helpful.

(Provided are all screenshots of error messages and issues.)

You have an Acer laptop and as such you install all drivers from that Laptop makers support site, and no other source, not Device Manager or Nvidia

There maybe a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility

Hi, I'm Elise, and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Can I check these are the Nvidia drivers which you have downloaded as it appear that the failure of these to install is causing the issue.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise

Does that include if the manufacturer stopped supporting that particular product 3 years ago for graphics drivers (2019) and the latest driver for that GPU is from 6 days ago?

Incidentally, from what I can find, the Nitro N50-600 is a desktop rather than a laptop
