One last option to try before going for a hardware check would be to do an inplace upgrade. If the issue is being caused by any OS file this will clear it out.

I recently purchased a B550 Plus wifi ii mobo and built a computer with it. Then yesterday I wanted to play a game with audio so I went to connect my headset via Bluetooth to be met with an error I immediately opened device manager and noticed the generic Bluetooth adapter had an error (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)) I've tried installing drivers and deleting it and restarting my pc. Whenever I try to install a new driver it says that I already have the newest one. Now when I was looking at device manager I noticed that the network controller doesn't work and when I open settings there is no option to connect to a wifi network and I have been running of off ethernet. I've tried the same thing for both and nothing works.

I am Jaspreet Singh.
Since both network adapters ( WiFi and Bluetooth) are having issues it may be a hardware failure.
Do try installing the latest BIOS version from here as an older version too can block proper functioning of some hardware components : https://www.asus.com/supportonly/tuf%20gaming%2...
