    Dear Nelson,in this case I recommend that you uninstall the audio drivers;

    Access the Device Manager and click on (>) Sound, video and game controllers to expand the section;

    Right-click the audio device and select Uninstall Device;

    Repeat the same process on all devices listed in the section (>) Sound, video and game controllers;

    Go to Settings > Bluetooth and other devices and remove the Jabra Elite Active 75t device again;

    Restart the PC;

    Go to Settings > Update & security > Check for updates;

    Make all pending updates;

    Pair the Jabra Elite Active 75t again;

    Check if the problem still persists;

    See you soon!

    Hello Nelson, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that you are having problems using the microphone on the Jabra Elite Active 75t;

    What exactly is your PC model and manufacturer?

    If it's a desktop, what exactly is the model and manufacturer of the motherboard?

    Initially I recommend that you check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 10;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    Remove the device from Device Manager;

    Right-click on the start menu and go to Device Manager;

    Click (>) Audio Inputs and Outputs to expand the section;

    Right-click on the Jabra devices and uninstall them all;

    Now go to Settings > Bluetooth and other devices, remove Jabra devices from there;

    Pair the headset again and check if the issue still persists;

    See you soon!

    Dear Nelson,try to update all PC drivers using Lenovo Vantage:

    https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/lenovo-...

    Then use the troubleshooter for Bluetoothh and Recording audio;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Update & security;

    Click Troubleshooting and then click Additional Troubleshooting;

    Select Bluetooth and click Run Troubleshooter;

    I repeat the same process in Recording audio;

    Check if the problem is fixed;

    See you soon!

    Hi Luiz,

    It is a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 (Model 20XW005VPG).

    The microphone was working fine until a couple of days ago.

    I have done the steps that you advise more than once.

    Any more ideas?

    Thanks
