Check on the support page for your printer on the Canon website, if they do not provide a link to a driver on the Microsoft Store, you cannot install a driver for that printer in S Mode.
Many printer manufacturers have not developed drivers that can be installed in S Mode, and the only way then to use that driver is to switch out of S Mode to Windows Home, most people do find they need to switch out of S Mode for free, S Mode is too restrictive for installing drivers and 3rd party software and provided you only ever install software from an official website, there is no problem switching out of S Mode.
