realtek error code 0001 installing problem

i have an issue where all the desktop sounds are picked up by the mic and my friends can hear everything and themselves through my mic in discord and its getting very annoying.

tried to install realtek device manager thingy cuz some video said i need it to fix the problem but i ran into this problem,

i downloaded this from my mobo's official website and i tried almost everything (UAA thing or ...) and nothing seemed to work, how do i get this to work

    Okay, I will now recommend that you first uninstall the currently installed Realtek driver and then reinstall the version you downloaded before.

    yep it is unchecked, what does this have to do with the driver? or are u talking about the sound problem cuz im pretty sure i need the realtek control panel to fix it

    Can you check the Audio Recording settings?

    Open Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > click Sound > click Recording tab > double-click your Microphone device > click Listen tab > make sure the Listen to this device" is unchecked.
