Part of file missing soon after torrent download finishes

I download a lot of torrents from the internet. Never had a problem till recently. Now whenever I download repacks or other torrents, small parts of the largest file always goes missing soon after the download. The downloading resumes at 99% after I force recheck everytime. I have tried disabling windows defender and even did a clean install of windows. The issue still persists. Please find me a solution to this issue. I have tried almost all of the solutions available in the web.

    That is quite a strange issue, is there any particular application or device you have installed prior to the problem starting that might give an idea of the cause?

    I have built-in Windows Defender which is disabled. No other AV or security applications. I use Brave Browser, and Proton VPN.

    But I don't use VPN while downloading. And I can't find any other foreign applications or services interfering with the download since I just clean installed windows.

    Do you have another internet security software installed or VPN which might be causing the issue?

    I was using qBittorent at first. Then I tried using deluge. Same problem, different application.

    What BitTorrent application are you using, could you try another app and see if the issue persists?
