My old computer using AMD A4-5300B APU with Windows 10 managed to get a display resolution of 1600x1200, how comes my new computer using AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Windows 11 and the exact same monitor has a max resolution of 1440x900?

I don't have a GPU, my graphics are integrated with my AMD Ryzen 5 5600G. Anyway, these are what I think are the right names? I'm not that experienced with hardware.

As for what connection I use, I think it's DVI? At least not HDMI, but it's the same cable I used with my old PC

According to the picture, drivers are correct. But please try to install display drivers. And reinstall AMD chipset and AMD APU drivers from motherboard support site.

    What is the motherboard model?

    Hi,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

Please open Device manager and check the GPU driver name and monitor driver name.

Do you use HDMI or some other connection?

Do you have VGA driver ver:21.30.02.210727a_0827 from ASRock site?

My motherboard is the ASRock > AB350M Pro4. I couldn't find AMD APU drivers for Windows 11 on that page, but I have installed the AMD Chipset drivers and will now restart.

Edit: It seems to have done absolutely nothing besides installing a few AMD apps. :/
