Mouse is moving but cannot click on new tabs, Only the tab i am currently in.

I just got a new pc 2 weeks ago and i have an issue where my mouse will not click at certain times. This commonly happens when going into an application Fullscreen then coming out. The easiest fix is CTRL ALT DEL ESC but this shouldn't be happening at all. I dont believe this is malware due to 2 factors, The easy fix, And I have done full scans and power eraser scans with my Norton 360 Anti-Virus. If anyone has any ideas how to fix it that'll help.

    Well it was getting weird, do you have spare mouse that you can try on then check if the issue still persist on another mouse?

    Haha, I actually just tried a new mouse! I left the mouse on when i went out and guess what! It didnt stop working and the middle button would work correctly. As soon as i plugged my G502 back in it went.
    However, Im still going to use my G502 as its more comfortable for me to use until I can afford a new mouse considering the easy fix.
    At least i know it is a mouse issue rather than a pc issue. Who knows maybe all it needs is a new driver update haha.

    Hello, Thanks for the reply. I did this and it did find corrupted files of which was repaired. However, It seems like the mouse issue is still persisting. As, when i logged back in after the restart it would not let me click on any tabs and i had to do CTRL ALT DEL ESC then it worked again. I was thinking maybe the mouse is the issue however it cant be as it works clicking after CTRL ALT DEL ESC. On top of that, I have noticed the middle button (clicking scroll wheel) no longer works. I tried binding it to a command in one of my games and it would not work.
    EDIT:I was watching YouTube and it went again. However I noticed it brought up the icon for auto scroll (when you press down scroll wheel) and when i clicked to come off of it and went out I couldn't click on tabs again. Which is very confusing as clicking down scroll wheel is not working for me. I'm not sure how on earth this can be linked to not being able to click on tabs but it is as I cant even bring up auto scroll.

    EDIT X2 : What on earth! I decided to go to a mouse input tester online. I tested middle button it worked. Now it works overall again! What on earth is going on! This is madness.

    EDIT X3: Well this is getting weird. The autoscroll came up again (whilst the middle button was working) and it stopped me clicking i CTRL ALT DEL ESC then it worked again however the middle button now no longer works (again)

    Try to run SYSTEM FILE CHECKER on your device.

    Run system file checker.

    On Powershell(admin), copy, paste and enter each command below:

    sfc /scannow

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Once done restart the PC and check.
