I recently had my laptop upgraded to windows 11. I tried installing my printer which is a Canon pixma mx452. Window 11 won't recognize the printer. It worked fine with windows 10. What could be the issue?

VERY disappointed that my Canon MX452 printer/scanner will not download and accept driver for new Win 11 computer.
I will not buy Canon products in the future.

Also Canon support says "The PIXMA MX452 was retired in 2019. That means development and support are no longer available from Canon USA."
Sometimes the Windows 10 drivers work in Windows 11 but not always. If that's failing, it's doubtful there's any solution other than replacing the printer.
Thank you very much! - I recently updated to a Lenovo Laptop with Win 11 Pro. Struggling to get my Canon MX452 to interface/print. Followed all the suggestions in the community page to no avail. This suggestion finally worked after multiple attempts and uninstalling multiple times. It now scans, prints (B-W and Color), and copies from my laptop.
