    Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today.

    To add a new user account. Kindly perform the steps below.

    1. Press the Windows key + r on the keyboard, type netplwiz then press enter.
    2. In the User Account window, click the add button.
    3. In the new screen, follow the instructions for adding your account.
    4. Once done, highlight your new account on the list then click Properties.
    5. Go to the Group Membership tab, then set the level of access to the user.
    6. Click Apply, then Ok.
