I have done every troubleshooting option I could find in the settings but its showing everything is fine
and I tried to delete the specific update that started this problem and deleted but it keeps reinstalling the update.

the update is called "Update Stack Package - (Version 1022.1108.2012.0)" installed on 5/12/22

    Hi Nihal,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll do all my best to help you.

I'm very sorry for disappointing you but seem the problem is in your computer settings. Let's try to solve it. We'll start from diagnosis.

Please run Task manager, open Performance tab, select CPU at left and show a screenshot.

Run msconfig tool, go to Boot tab, click on Options and clear checkmark from Processor if it is set.

Thanks for the feedback. Did uninstalling the update no longer resolve the issue?

Hi, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.

I assume you've already updated all drivers and your PC's BIOS, if only removing the update has helped then my recommendations are:

Pause Windows Update for as long as possible:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/man...

Create a restore point in case you need to restore your PC to a point where everything is working:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/cre...

As we do not have access to the company's engineers, we cannot submit your problem to them, but there is a suitable tool for this called the Feedback Hub, below are the instructions for use:
