Asks for profile address.

I have downloaded Sentence Diagrammer for the App Store and am trying to purchase a 1 month subscription. It keeps asking for a profile address which the Microsoft store already has. It will repeatedly ask for the address even if I supply one.

    Okay, thank you for the clarification.

    Also, as far as I know, the profile address is the billing address for your Microsoft account and should match the address on your debit or credit card.

    You can verify this by creating a support ticket so you can connect to a live Microsoft agent who has access to this. You can use the get help app in Windows or this link to create the support ticket.
