It is not uncommon for bluetooth headphones to stutter, when you are running games or videos that consumes more resources of your computer. This is why bluetooth headphones are generally not recommended for gaming purpose. You want to use wired in headphones option instead.
You did the right thing by updating bluetooth driver and audio driver first, to make sure you have the most updated version.
It also depends on your computer's bluetooth version comparing to your headphone's bluetooth core specification. You can read more about this here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wha... If your computer's bluetooth is at a lower LMP, it may not work properly with your headphones with higher core specification.
