Computer storage isn't adding up

I've encountered a bizarre issue with my Windows 11 computer recently. My computer came with 221 gigabytes of space on the C: drive, and it says right now that there are only around 7 gigabytes left. I have had this computer for a bit, and have downloaded a bunch stuff, but when I looked at my storage settings, and it still said that I had around 7 gigabytes left, but I counted how many gigabytes each individual category was taking up and it didn't even add up to 200 gigabytes.

After that I brushed it off thinking it was nothing. Today I decided to check each folder in my C: drive and roughly added everything up, again, to less than 200 gigabytes.

I bought an antivirus application to do deep scans, a while back, and I deep scanned my computer today and found no malware of any sort. I'll also mention that I got the antivirus application because of a similar but worse issue. Around a month or two ago I think, I ran into an issue where my C: drive and storage settings displayed 0 bytes free. To try and fix this issue, I ran a Windows program to try and get rid of the potential threat as well as buying an antivirus software, which I thought did the trick.

I will run a Windows scan to try and find anything, and I will try and update this if I find anything. Help is greatly appreciated.

The disk 0 has 3 recovery partitions.

One of the recovery partitions displayed 14.27 GB with 14.27 GB free space.

If there is an empty partition then the free space can be incorporated into the data partition.

The orphaned recovery partition can also be identified and deleted creating a small amount of additional free space.

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Your C Drive is about to be full as you mentioned but your D drive has more free space.

Have you tried the provided steps to free up spaces on your C drive? Have you installed the Treesize tool to identify which file and folder consumes the free space?

    Please keep me posted.
